Return & Replacement Policy
At Column Centric, we strive to deliver the highest quality HPLC columns, refurbished analytical instruments, and lab consumables. However, in rare cases where issues may occur, our replacement policy ensures fair and transparent support for our customers.
1. Replacement Eligibility
Replacements will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged during transit
- An incorrect product was delivered
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect or performance issue
Note: Any replacement request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product. Beyond this time frame, no request will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Non-Replaceable Items
- Used or installed columns
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items returned without original packaging, invoice, or tamper seals
Products showing signs of tampering, use, or improper handling will not be eligible for replacement.
3. Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement request:
- Email us at support@columncentric.in or call +91 74281 13848 within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide your order ID, photos/videos of the issue, and a short explanation.
- Our technical team will inspect and confirm the eligibility before arranging pickup or replacement.
4. Refurbished Analytical Equipment Policy
- No refund will be provided for refurbished analytical instruments.
- If an issue occurs during the warranty period, our service engineer will visit, inspect, and resolve the problem on-site.
- For export orders, no warranty is included. If the client requests a visit and inspection, all related travel and service expenses shall be borne by the client, along with a minimal engineer visit fee.
5. Important Note
- Column Centric reserves the right to decline replacements if misuse or damage is found.
- No replacement or warranty is applicable beyond the specified time period.
- Products once replaced cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
