1. Serviceable Locations
We ship pan India — including metro cities, tier 2/3 towns, and remote areas covered by our logistics network. Additionally, we offer international shipping to most countries — please contact us for specific location inquiries.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Domestic (India): 2–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated on an actual basis depending on your location, order weight, and destination. You can view applicable charges at the time of checkout before payment.
4. Courier Partners
We work with a range of trusted national and international courier services to deliver your orders efficiently. Courier selection is automatic and based on fastest and most reliable service available for your area or country.
5. Order Packaging
All products, especially HPLC columns, are packed in tamper-proof, insulated, and shock-resistant packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
6. Tracking Details
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can use that link to monitor the live status of your shipment on the courier’s official tracking page.
Note: Sometimes, tracking info may take a few hours to activate after dispatch.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, customs, or unforeseen logistics issues. In such cases, we will keep you informed proactively.
